No applications for withdrawing or rescheduling will be accepted after the closing date.听听

If you do not withdraw from and/or reschedule before the closing date you will forfeit your authorisation and payment.听

You must provide two forms of identity documentation (ID) to enter the examination venue:

Acceptable primary ID (photo and signature) include:听

• drivers licence听
• passport听
• state/county identification card听
• alien registration card (green card, permanent residents visa).听

Standard secondary ID (signature) include:听

• credit card, bank/ATM card听
• US social security card听
• any primary ID as listed above.听

You will be required to present both forms of ID鈥檚 at reception. Failure to do so will result in your being denied entry to the examination venue.

You must complete the biometrics process to confirm your identification. You will not be permitted in the examination room until the process is complete.听听

The biometrics process involves:听

• Providing the testing centre staff with your primary and secondary ID.听
• Testing centre staff will then:听
• check your ID听
• capture your signature and verify that your signatures match听
• capture your photo.听

On completion of the biometrics process testing centre staff will usher you to the examination room.听

You will need to have your primary and secondary ID with you when seated at a computer in the testing venue.听
